Where is the event?
The 2026 Larry H. Miller Summit will be hosted at the spectacular Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah. Right outside St. George, the resort features dramatic black lava rock landscapes contrasting with vibrant desert surroundings, providing a uniquely inspiring environment for our Summit.
Do you provide hotel accommodations?
Yes. We will provide a room at Black Desert Resort for Tuesday, October 6 and/or Wednesday, October 7. You may check-in to the Resort at 4:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.
Tips for bellman and housekeeping are included in the master bill. You are responsible for all other tips and incidentals.
How do I get to Black Desert Resort?
Platform presidents are responsible for the travel needs of their employees. Please reach out to your individual People & Culture lead or president for travel instructions.
- Drive time from Sandy, Utah, is approximately four hours.
- Direct flights are available into St. George from Salt Lake City International Airport on Delta Airlines.
- Drive time from the St. George Regional Airport to Black Desert Resort is approximately 25 minutes.
- Drive time from Las Vegas Internation Airport to Black Desert Resort is approximately 90 minutes.
Where do I park?
Complimentary self-parking is available at Black Desert Resort. Valet parking is available at your own expense.
What should attendees wear?
TThe dress code is business casual. We recommend comfortable, layered clothing suitable for a resort setting and air-conditioned conference rooms. Please bring additional attire suitable for free-time activities.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. All meals, beginning with a buffet dinner on Wednesday evening through lunch on Friday, will be provided.
